Why Breeze exists
Most websites don’t fail because of bad design. They fail because they’re built without a growth structure behind them. That realisation is the reason Breeze exists. My name’s Liam. I’m the founder of Breeze and the author of More Than Just a Website.
Over the last decade, I’ve worked on 300+ websites and digital projects for UK and international businesses. Law firms, professional services, trades, ecommerce, startups, all different sectors, same pattern. Nice-looking sites. Decent traffic. Very little commercial impact. That’s the problem I set out to fix.
How I got here
I didn’t start Breeze to build “cool websites”.
I started young, experimenting with side projects, selling, building, and learning fast. Breeze became a limited company four years in, but the business itself has been running for over a decade.
Early support from The Prince’s Trust helped get things moving. From there, it was simple but brutal learning:
- What clients say they want
- What actually moves revenue
- Where most digital projects quietly break down
The biggest lesson?
Design, SEO, and tech are rarely the real issue.
Structure, measurement, and decision-making are.

The shift most agencies never make
After enough projects, the pattern became impossible to ignore.
Businesses weren’t losing because their websites were ugly.
They were losing because their websites had no job.
No clear role.
No measurable outcome.
No connection to how the business actually makes money.
That’s when Breeze stopped positioning itself as a “web agency” and started operating as a growth partner.
Websites and apps became tools, not the product.
How I think about growth
My role isn’t to sell you pages, features, or platforms.
It’s to help you remove bottlenecks.
That might be:
- Improving conversion before driving traffic
- Fixing the structure before SEO
- Automating admin before hiring
- Rebuilding positioning before redesigning anything
Speed matters.
Clarity matters.
And small decisions compound faster than most founders expect.
That thinking now runs through everything Breeze delivers – whether it’s a website, an app, or an ongoing growth partnership.

Who I work best with
Breeze isn’t for everyone.
We work best with founders who:
- They are excellent at their craft, but know the business can run better
- Want outcomes, not just deliverables
- Value speed, communication, and ownership
- They are building something they actually want to keep
If you’re looking for the cheapest quote or a cosmetic refresh, we’re probably not a fit.
If you want your digital setup to earn its keep, we usually are.
Today
Breeze operates with a tight, long-standing team handling delivery day-to-day. Some of that team have been with me for over eight years.
My focus now is on:
- Strategy
- Structure
- Growth decisions
- Helping founders stop wasting time on £10 problems when £1,000 decisions are waiting
That thinking also led to writing More Than Just a Website not as a marketing gimmick, but as a way to document the patterns I kept seeing across hundreds of businesses.

the point of all this
Breeze isn’t built around trends.
It’s built around leverage.
If your website, systems, or digital setup aren’t actively helping you grow, something’s wrong and it’s usually fixable.
That’s the work I care about.
